To whom it may concern: Kevin Meloy worked for me at IT Solutions Inc. from November of 2000 to August of 2001, at which time the Graphic Artist position at IT Solutions Inc. was eliminated due to budget constraints. During his time with ITS, Mr. Meloy created two company web sites, multiple proposed web site designs and a detailed corporate intranet as well as various graphic art to support our clients and marketing efforts. Mr. Meloy worked with various personnel, from senior management to software engineers and coders to create our corporate web site. He showed a consistency of vision and professionalism as well as attention to detail and kept meticulous records of the progress of the project. When working under his own supervision he consistently delivered projects on time, occasionally working under pressure and always meeting or exceeding expectations. When he left, he was able to explain in detail the requirements to achieve delivery of all his remaining projects. Mr. Meloy demonstrated excellent ability to create intuitively navigable web sites and user interfaces. He has a highly detailed and varied knowledge of graphic design for web and print as well as marketing communication strategies. He is courteous, professional and reliable. I give Mr. Meloy my strong recommendation and would not hesitate to rehire him should the opportunity arise.
